Bentley Motors has unveiled a roster of curated international road trips filled with exclusive pit-stops, five-star stays and exclusive experiences. Olivia Palamountain reports
Bentley Motors is launching global calendar of ultra-premium curated road trips this spring under the umbrella “Extraordinary Journeys“.
These “once in a lifetime road trips” combine unforgettable time on the road in the Bentley fleet with exclusive access to the very finest experiences en route – plus the security of a full concierge service to ensure seamless travels.
Part of a burgeoning trend for high-end road experiences, Globetrender has reported on luxury hotel brands such as Four Seasons and Kempinski putting pedal to the metal (read more here), as well as a series of luxury USA road trips by Black Tomato, in partnership with Auberge Resorts Collection and Mercedez-Benz. The three to five Extraordinary Journey day itineraries will cover the UK, New Mexico and Scandinavia, giving brand enthusiasts the opportunity to drive a range of Bentley models in diverse regions.
Prices are yet to be announced but will vary for each destination, with further locations announced throughout 2023.
Not only will each Extraordinary Journey feature epic, scenic driving, but it will also include overnight stays in unique, luxury accommodations and pit-stops covering the best of local cuisine, design, architecture and wellness.Championing immersive, local experiences is key to each Extraordinary Journey, as seen in the Scandinavian chapter.
Drivers can expect to take in the best of Copenhagen as Denmark celebrates its Year of Architecture – think exclusive access to the BIG architecture and design studio – as well as private dining events featuring sustainable, seasonal, and locally sourced produce and luxurious wellness experiences. A take-over of one of Copenhagen’s finest design hotels is also on the cards. Ready for a change of pace? After roaring to southern Sweden and exploring its charming rural roads, guests will enjoy lunch on the edge of Lake Vättern, followed by a night at the five-star Forest Hotel.
